SIAM IMR provides travel support to students to present and attend the IMR conference. To request a travel award, please send the following to Rao Garimella:
- A letter describing your interest and experience in meshing-related work.
- A letter of support from your academic advisor.
This year there is also a special travel award for students presenting AI-related work courtesy of Nikos Chrisochoides. If applicable, please mention how your work connects AI with meshing.
Students granted a travel award will be notified of the award about a month in advance of the conference.
